Restore the progress bar during parallel syncs!

P4V parallel syncs can be a big win, but the progress bar is absent when they enabled. While not trivial, there are certainly ways for worker threads to provide progress to the main thread (atomic increments for bytes synced and/or files read, perhaps). We have users internally who refuse to use parallel syncs because of this UX issue, which shows how important it is for people to have updated progress on long-running tasks.

on long syncs, knowing if I'm waiting 30 minutes, and hour, or overnight is really useful. Watching progress is useful. I turned off parallel sync today just for this reason

Chiming in to say I also have disabled parallel sync specifically because there is no progress bar. Sometimes a sync is 5 minutes, sometimes it's an hour, and with parallel on, there's absolutely no way to tell.

I can not see the progress bar when parallel is enable. We dont have any benefits also.
