Configurable user token for Active Directory authentication

It's possible I'm making a bad assumption because I haven't tried to configure it yet, but I believe the replaceable user token in the LDAP query gets replaced with the Perforce user name. I would propose a field in the user spec to configure an alternate value for the user token when constructing the query. An example reason for this is in our AD server, our usernames are in a numerical format like "E123456", which would be pretty cryptic in our source history. I would like to retain a more conventional Perforce user name like "firstname.lastname", but have it use the "E123456" in the LDAP query to match what is in AD.
